Payment

50% deposit before the project starts, remaining balance paid upon completion of the project.

Price Changes: Prices (provided by a Quotation) are subject to change to the prices in effect at the time of delivery. 

We reserve the right to make any corrections to prices quoted due to clerical errors or errors of omission. 

In the event of any specific requirements (including without limitation any design, specification, ordered quantity, or delivery fees etc.) representing a price increase, you will be notified and afforded an opportunity to confirm.

Termination and cancellation

If the cancellation happens before materials have been purchased, we will provide you with a full refund. 

Once materials have been purchased, we will refund you a portion of your deposit. 

When on-site work has begun or materials have arrived at the work site, we will not be able to refund you your deposit.
