We accept various forms of payment including cash, cheque, bank transfer, and credit card payments.
After the client has accepted the quotation and agreed to move forward with the project, a deposit has to be paid within 48 hours.
If the cancellation happens before materials have been purchased, we will provide you with a full refund. Once materials have been purchased, we will refund you a portion of your deposit. When on-site work has begun or materials have arrived at the work site, we will not be able to refund you your deposit.
If you want to make changes to the project after the deposit has been paid, we will work with you to adjust the project scope and pricing accordingly. If the changes result in a lower amount, the balance payment will be adjusted to reflect that.
However, if the price increases we will have to give you a re-quotation and the surplus amount against the initial deposit will have to be paid for within 24 hours.
The balance payment is due within 72 hours upon completion of the project.
We may be able to offer payment plans in some cases, depending on the size and scope of the project. Please contact us to discuss your options.
If the initial payment deadline is missed, we will work with you to resolve the issue and establish a new payment schedule. However, work on the project may be paused until the payment is received.

We will work with you to establish a new timeline for the project. If the delay is caused by us or force majeure, we will not charge additional fees for the delay. We strive to openly communicate with you, so you are up to date with the overall project movement.
